Solo raids? Why? Just go find a group on an LFG website or clan and raid. Or, go play story missions or strikes...

Some don't have time to stay for 6 hours as people mess up again and again and those don't give the same rewards

True, but there are checkpoints.

Yea which is why it would be better solo so you can go into your checkpoint whenever you have time, it's hard enough to keep a team together throughout an entire raid and even worse getting them back to keep going

You could find another team for that checkpoint.
