Since trials is competitive, it should have competitive weapon restrictions. For example, banning an "op" weapon from the game mode. You could use it in regular PvP, just not in competitive i.e. Trials. That way there are no super nerfs, just "aligning" the weapon so it's in line with others in the same category. Trials as a whole should come back, just not d1's trash that is trials.
