It doesn't have it be. But why cant they leave one mode in that heavily attracts a twitch audience. It makes perfect sense. And like I said, there are lots of possible solutions. I think seperating PVP balancing from PVE balancing is a great idea. I dont understand why everyone jumps to these extreme ends of possible solutions. Everyone needs to take a step back and say, how else can we solve this problem.
