yeah it does need a set weapon list.
RNG kills competition.
some Guardians just plain and simple have better weapons and the exact same skill set.
if not make a statement declaring it unfair...
then people know what they're signing up for.
just make it fair

I think if there were weapons that were better for crucible that were obtainable say thru the gunsmith, thatd be a good work around.
