Your Rock Paper Scissors analogy is spot on and your suggestion to fix the crucible is exactly what needs to be done : "Buff primaires and restore special ammo" If I can add my two cents, I would suggest for most primaires to be more "useable." Improve range and stability to reduce phantom bullets and wild recoil patterns. This will incentivize people to use them more. Legendary weapons need to start acting like a legendary. Exotics too. Lastly, fusion grenades need a slight magnetism reduction. One hit kill weapons should not be this easy to use. Buff the sunsinger in another way to counter this nerf. Cheers.
