The sandbox destroyed the concept of this game and there's no denying or trying to justify it. There is no logic in acquiring rewards from strickes, nightfall, raids etc if everything is just going to get nerfed but called "rotation" for the sake of PvP.
This is all falls right back on to the sandbox and the higher ups didn't do diddly squat to stop this nonsense. Leading to ROI becoming a huge mess...
