How can I tell what armor can make a tier 12 build

I use Ishtar Commander with armor grades turned on. It helped me build tier 12 loadouts for my titan and hunter.

For example both class and ghost Stat boost is 10 when you unlock the Stat node. A perfect baseline state for either item is 25, and a perfect baseline roll is 50 with a max Stat of 60 when the node is unlocked. A standard t12 roll would be around 58 (24-24-10). You can go lower on these but you have to make it up somewhere else. Below is the Stat increase by item H 19 G 17 C 25 B 23 Cl 10 Gh 10 Art 43 Below is the perfect baseline Stat for each H 46 G 41 C 61 B 56 Cl 25 Gh 25 Art 38 Below is a standard t12 baseline Stat for each if you go below on one, you'll have to go above on another. It's pretty easy to get a perfect roll on class and ghost, due to the frequency of drops on those items. That gives you 4 points to go below on other items. Also dead orbit hunter boots is a perfect roll with a baseline Stat of 56. H 89 G 79 C 118 B 108 Cl 48 Gh 48 Art 84 Hope this helps.

You can select certain armor pieces and/or perks you want with your Tier 12 build, and it'll come up with multiple different combinations for you. You can also include all vendor items of the week, incase you are lacking something with a max roll. Like anything else in this game. Get on your phone or computer and go to a third party app or site that explains, organizes, and operates better than anything Bungie [i]attempted[/i] to produce. Lore, grimoire cards, ghosts, armor and weapons, stats, game history, recruitment, item management, armory organization, collections, heck even forums and feedback and news and updates... The list goes on forever. Everything is better on third party apps and sites with this game. A shame if you ask me, but at least we got some good tools to use from it being open source.

4 Repliesdon't quote me on any of this... 100% roll on a helmet is 110 100% roll on gauntlets is 100 100% roll on chestpiece is 150 100% roll on boots is 140 (pretty sure that's wrong) 100% roll on ghost and class item is 60 100% roll on artifact is 130 i think you need to have 95% on everything to get an exact tier 12 build, but anything above 95% never hurts because you don't want to be in a 119-300-301 situation.

4 RepliesDownload ishtar commander or an item manager app and turn on the quality option it'll tell you whether it's gold, silver or bronze quality with a bar (ishtar does) and then it's just mix and match, if memory serves it takes 5 gold and 2 silver quality pieces minimum to get a tier 12 setup however it depends where on the scale they are hope that helps a bit if not give me a shout and I'll setup one of my characters with their tier 12 gear so you have an idea of stats your looking for
