/rant inbound - since Bungie does NEVER respond to any support tickets!
This is now the second time where Bungie has messed up my MOT order. In 2016 my MOT t-shirt never arrived via USPS and Bungie has not answered A SINGLE email and after 4 months I eventually wrote this off (considering that the t-shirt was destined for South Africa there was a slim chance anyway that it would not arrive due to theft in the postal system).
So on the 7th April I finished AOT and then promptly order the t-shirt. This time shipment would be more reliable as I was using a freight forwarder (with all import duties and courier forwarding it will cost me probably close to USD50 - but hey, did AOT and got the t-shirt and grinding through crucible and all factions was tedious).
So I check my order yesterday and find that my order was cancelled without notice despite having received the order confirmation email.
I know it is just a t-shirt but sorry Bungie: Your store support is horrible and you could have at least the decency to reply to support queries. There was no reason given for the cancellation and payment was processed (which was subsequently cancelled as well but at no point in time was any notice given)
FWIW: I can not re-order the t-shirt as my AOT code has been used up by the previous order and I doubt that Bungie will fix this or provide an explanation why my order was cancelled in the first place.

I see constant horror stories about their store I don't know why anyone gets anything from bungie anymore

1 ReplyGot my shirt yesterday and just so you know bungie can't cancel an order unless you ask them to or you cancelled it and came on acting like bungie cancelled your order and the reason why they would probably cancel it is because there was something wrong with your payment method and they couldn't process your order and they shipped your shirt to someone else who's payment method work so yeah

FWIW - I was asked if I paid, and I confirm that on the day of the order I received a text-message from my bank, confirming payment: [url=https://pbs.twimg.com/media/C-0t0S1XYAALRi6.jpg:large]payment confirmation[/url] The payment was subsequently reversed. I never received a cancellation notification nor has Bungie acknowledgment my support request which I sent a few days back. There seems to be no way to talk to someone telephonically.

This really sucks and hopefully you can get an explanation. Maybe it just comes down to the international shipment? But a little detail in the explanation would be nice. Personally I think that their way they do these with the $777,777,777 price and discount code is stupid. It's kinda funny ha ha when you first see it, but it makes the entire process a HUGE pain in the ass. Yeah it's just a shirt, but me and a friend really grinded last year so I could finish the last one and then Bungie's website wouldn't let me order one with the discount. I ordered one this go round, but it was still a giant pain in the ass. I accidentally closed the little blurb that popped up redeeming the little package in-game and when I finally figured out where to go for the code, it wasn't there and took another 10 minutes to show up. The fact that your order was cancelled without explanation and you can't reuse the code is one more reason this system sucks.

Bungie store support is the worst. I asked them for 1 year to combine my shipment for the 3a figures, they ignored 100+ emails. I couldn't do anything anymore got charged a lot as in my country VAT is low but you pay 50$ per package. I'm incredibly pissed and nobody answers

Sounds about right, Bungie has been a real sh1t company since partnering with Activision. It would be nice if someone from Bungie could respond to this and help at least guide you to the proper people that could help you, but don't count on it!

Getting any answers from Bungie is a joke. All you ever see is people spending money at the store only to get ignored. The help section is run by a bot that posts the same tips for every issue even when it doesn't' fit the issue you have.
