Level 40 Hunter Pack Did Not Show at the Postmaster...
Hello,
I purchased the "Destiny Collection" and a "Level 40 Hunter Pack" from the PlayStation Store. However upon my arrival at the Postmaster only the Destiny Collection upgrades were available; There was no Hunter Pack.
I've contacted Sony a few times after following their instructions. Clearing the cash, restoring licenses and reinstalling the game but still no Hunter Pack items. I was advised to contact Bungie or Activison as the items were delivered successfully to my account and it's thus out of Sony's hands apparently as they don't have access to the Destiny servers.
I tried contacting them by phone as I wanted it solved ASAP but neither of the numbers I was given worked. I don't use Twitter or FaceBook so I can't contact them that way. I apologise for the long post but does anyone have an idea what to do here?

2 RepliesHello, what exactly is it you believe you're missing? It seems you received the Hunter class pack on your Hunter including the subclass boost on your sunslinger. Please bare in mind only the class packs come with a subclass boost.

Unfortunately, you can only purchase one booster pack per character class. If you accidentally used these boosts, Bungie is unable to restore accidently used items: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12211 If you didn't use these items, someone may have unauthorized access to your account.
