For me it's Regional Dedicated Host Servers for all Shared (i.e. Crucible, Strikes and Raids) Activities. I will not put up with 3 more years of Peer to Peer One console as host as it is in Destiny 1. So unless they have Dedicated Host Servers, I will not be putting $80 + $120 CDN into Destiny 2.
So what Single Missing feature will prevent you from Buying it?

Blanket nerfs lack of dedicated servers and unbalanced subclasses

Edited by Soupreem: 5/2/2017 2:30:28 PMDedicated server, a repeat of Destiny 1's sandbox philosophy, if any expansion is overpriced, and/or it isn't fun to play.
It should seriously be illegal for a company like Activision to not have 20+ tickrate dedicated server for any form of multiplayer.
-
Dedicated servers. Seriously. I would preorder twice if I knew for certain the servers were stable and in house.
-
Separation of PvE and PvP balancing updates and patches.
-
1 ReplyCompletely unjustified and unwarranted nerfs. Can't play the game without my favorite items getting nerfed into obscurity.
-
The lack of sense at bungie headquarters So already not gonna buy it

I need match making for all group activities in the game. Going to a web site to find people breaks immersion too much for me. And before the cry babies come in: I want filters for match making of course to be matched with people of my language, my skill level, etc. It's not hard to build sth like this.
-
There isn't one missing feature. There is one feature it has that is the reason I'm not buying it though. That reason is that Bungie is still working on it. They failed utterly over the last 3 years, and should have this title stripped from them to allow actual professionals to take the reigns.

3 RepliesSee you all in September. You guys all know your buying it anyway. Or your parents are lol

7 RepliesI don't care if it's dedicated servers or not. I don't care if you can't matchmake because you want to solo play in an online multiplayer not meant for solo play. I don't care about bringing emblems or grimoire forward. I don't care if my characters look the same or not. I don't care if we lose our abilities, because we'll get new ones. I don't care if they keep balancing PvP and PvE as one (I've never cared about PvP). Basically unless the game is being changed dramatically for the worse, stripped of features, doing simple things become confusing and complicated, the story turns to a campy lame cliche with horrendous acting, or it's full of literal (not made up figurative) game breaking things that make it literally unplayable, nothing anyone else wants or think I should want will deter me. I know what I like and I like Destiny. I'm not dumb for liking it just because someone else has a stick up their ass about it, and I'm not concerned if they don't add new functions or other stuff people want that isn't already in D1. If D2 was made on the same premises, network, and mechanics of D1, that's all I ask for.

If it's missing a PVE I won't buy it dear, will be hard for it to do anything that will put me off this great franchise
-
Money......is that a feature?

3 RepliesEdited by Primey, Kell of Kaboom: 5/1/2017 1:05:59 PMIf it turns out to be another One Man's Lie (The one man I'm blaming here being Deej, because f*** Vex Logic xD)- if the open-world environment, complete with towns, outposts, and most importantly, unexplored - if all this is false, I will not continue on with the franchise.
-
A game. Lol.
-
1 ReplyNone what so ever I already pre ordered limited edition
-
1 ReplyI want matchmaking. I do not want misadventures.
-
1 ReplyBeards I swear to god if I can't put a damn lumberjack beard on my Titan I'm gonna be pissed.
-
The ability to render low level guardians invisible in public areas. I hate looking at trash.
-
I'm with you. I don't know if I could put my self through another three years of the crucible how it's been since they brought in SBMM.
-
dedicated servers
-
Dedicated servers It stupid that I can play bf1, halo 5, and Star Wars battlefront with no problem. If I even look at destiny I lag. My internet isn't great but if I can play games with DEDICATED SERVERS just fine, then destiny needs them.
-
2 RepliesI would buy Destiny 2 if there is no Trials. However, if Trials remain, then what will prevent me from buying Destiny 2 would be 'no matchmaking in Raids'
-
1 ReplyEdited by Man_in_Black1011: 4/29/2017 1:13:52 PMI will buy it anyway but in my opinion they should include things like LFG, in game chat, grimoire cards, game stats, inside the game rather than on external internet sites
-
I'd say optional matchmaking. But who am I kidding, I already pre-ordered. Even without raids and trials, this game is an addictive hobby.
-
I already bought it. This game was pretty awesome even though a lot was missing from it so I'm sure destiny 2 will be awesome.
