Its rumored that Bloodborne 2 will be shown at E3 and released later this year and I was thinking about ideas for trick weapons. One idea I had was a katana that could be used as normal, but it's special was you putting it back in its sheath, then holding down some flint so when you pull out the steel sword, it comes out coated with fire.

Please just let me have my BowBlade and my Rakuyo again...

1 ReplyThat's ironic, my buddy let me borrow bloodbourne and I have been playing it, I took a break because a lot of good games came out but now im back again. I just fought the Hunter in the cathedral and it was probably one of the hardest things I have ever done in a video game. 2 false moves in a row and I was dead, if I backed myself in a corner, if I dodge left instead of right, if I overreach, anything and I was dead. It was probably one of my best gaming moments ever, My heart was beating like it used to right before a sporting event. This happened literally yesterday and before this I was leaning on the bloodbourne is kinda overhyped train but I now accept that the game is incredible

An axe similar to the hunter axe but turns into a rifle so you can shoot long distances and the axe part turns into a grip and trigger
-
Imagine two saw spears but they have a chain like function like the whirlgig saw You use them as a paired weapon (built in pistol with no scaling to set up viscerals) Their transformation though.... You slam both blades onto a staff on your back to create The double sided chainsaw scythe of doom.... (Open to suggestions for better names)
-
An axe with a revolver built into it. That way when it gets stuck in someone, you can fan-fire into their insides.

1 ReplyA curved sword that extends to a naginata Or A gun that shoots an explosion of swords that also explode
-
1 ReplyThe weapon you described is exactly how the Chicage works but with blood Honestly I just want the Rakuyo to return

1 ReplyEdited by Pito25-03: 4/25/2017 9:27:54 PMWhip chain that tricks into a rigid double edged bo staff. Giant bell that can trap enemies inside or stun them with its resonance. Also can be used defensively by hiding inside and limiting damage received.

6 RepliesBasically any weapon from RWBY would probably work.
-
One handed crossbow that turns into a one handed axe when transformed
-
2 RepliesWhile not "new", they need to make the Stake Driver actually useful & I wouldn't mind a more useful Burial Blade
-
6 RepliesThe Vile Syringe- A cruel implement used by the Vilebloods of Cainhurst in their gruesome surgical experiments with tainted blood. Unfortunately this may sting a little... The weapon's standard form is an elongated rapier with the blade covered in dried blood. In it's trick form, it can contact into a wrist - mounted mechanism which can rapidly launch kunai blades that have residual poison damage after contacting the enemy. Visceral attacks in this mode come in the form of a stake like blade being repeatedly thrust into the enemy.

A sword where the blade splits in half to reveal a firearm
-
A flail made of a lantern and a double-barrelled rifle.

16 RepliesI will be so sad if Bloodborne 2 is announced.

A staff that has a mechanism in it that launches small blades out of either side (depending on which side is facing forward in front of the player) when the special attack is used.

Edited by FrostD: 4/24/2017 7:16:24 PMBuzzfang Blades Twin Serrated Curved Short Swords that join at the Hilt for a Darth Maul style double bladed staff fighting moves. Charging heavy attack in combined form builds up energy for spinning attack but at max charge throws it like a giant shuriken. Sort of like max charge explosion of Stake Driver.

Shotgun gauntlets from rwby... yup Sniper scythe from rwby.... yup... Nunchucks... yup. A massive ultra great sword that splits into duel wielded curved greatswords. A spear that can form a halberd
-
Edited by Vizard: 4/24/2017 11:34:56 AMA bow that turns into two separate blades. The string and arrows would be magical I guess 🤔 I just really love the bowblade 😂
-
A mace (or baton) you stick into the end of a battleaxe (similar to kirkhammer). It'd basically be kirkhammer but with the blunt attacks being quick and sharp attacks being slow.

2 RepliesBump 4 l8r pls?

1 ReplyBeast claw was my perfect weapon already so I just hope it returns in some sorta fashion

Edited by Gustav: 4/24/2017 9:56:38 AMa claymore than you can half-sword, or a fightning staff that can split into nunchucks

9 RepliesEdited by The First Aifos: 4/23/2017 8:16:12 PMParasitic Cosmos "A strange flower-like parasite, that burrows its way into the heart, corrupting the blood, and body. Corrupted blood results in corrupted Quicksilver Bullets, that are unusable in sidearms, and also makes it more difficult to perform blood healing. However, it gives a small boost to all things Arcane, and can create Quicksilver Bullets from enemy corpses. Some wish for Eyes on their brains, but you are a Hunter, and not a scholar, and so a Flower on the heart is enough." Appearance. In both forms, there is a yellowish/greenish flower like growth on the chest, that goes over your armor. Form 1: your right hand is also covered with a flower, with elongated petals, that are as stiff as blades. Form 2: The flower on your hand retracts, and becomes smaller, while also glowing a bright blue. Moveset: Form 1: A rather simplistic sword-like moveset, dealing mostly (if not entirely) Arcane damage. Form 2: R1 will send forth a comet, similar to Blacksky Eye. R2 will preform an effect similar to the Augur of Ebrietas, but with yellow/green tentacles. Each takes 1 Quicksilver Bullet. No L2. Effect: The weapon would have two negative effects, and two positives to offset that. 1. Sidearms are unusable, if the weapon is equipped. This effect remains even if you unequip the weapon. The only way to restore it is to enter the Hunter's Dream without the weapon equipped. 2. Blood Vials restore slightly less health. This effect remains even if you unequip the weapon. The only way to restore the original healing amount is to enter the Hunter's Dream without the weapon equipped. 3. Sacrificing HP to create Bloodbullets gives you 8, instead of 5. This effect remains even if you unequip the weapon, etc. 4. Killing enemies in the melee form restores 1 Quicksilver Bullet per enemy killed. The goal of this weapon is to make a spell-based build possible, sacrificing bullet parries, and lowering health regen as a tradeoff. The Blacksky Eye, and Augur of Ebrietas would either be slightly weaker, or slightly stronger than the spells themselves, depending on how far in the game you get it.

A staff with claws at the end of it that rips out an enemies heart on a visceral attack and uses it to empower the staff to shoot "bloodied magic" which is like arcane shots but infected with blood that builds frenzy and travels like a soul spear from dark souls but faster. And the transform is only available when you have an enemies heart within the claws. Otherwise it just shoots arcane blasts or stabs with the claws. (Blasts cost quicksilver)
