Ah, because you know more about evolution than the entire scientific community as a whole. Okay. Added with the fact that humanity is a relatively new species on planet Earth. The only reason Reps. seem to not believe in certain scientific theories is because they can't see it with their own eyes. Which is funny and sad because they believe a Jewish zombie carpenter came back from the dead and is 3 beings in one. Evolution doesn't happen over a few years. It doesn't happen over one hundred. It doesn't happen over a thousand. Species have been evolving for hundreds of millions of years. That's an astronomically huge amount of time for humans. Think about it. We've only been around for a few thousand years. That's extremely minute in terms of Earth's history (4 billion years.) To think that life didn't change at all during that time is foolish. To think that we all just appeared out of nowhere is foolish. Evolution makes the most sense.

 •
Ah, because you know more about evolution than the entire scientific community as a whole. ----he never said that in fact he was going by their discoveries Okay. ----theories that aren't provable and go against their faith... Evolution doesn't happen over a few years. It doesn't happen over one hundred. It doesn't happen over a thousand. ----so you spout unproven theory... Species have been evolving for hundreds of millions of years. That's an astronomically huge amount of time for humans. ----depends if you are talking micro or macro evolution it still doesn't go back far enough to prove the theory of evolution Think about it. We've only been around for a few thousand years. That's extremely minute in terms of Earth's history (4 billion years.) ----the age of the earth is also theory and unprovable our best guess is 4 billion but that again is a guess To think that life didn't change at all during that time is foolish. To think that we all just appeared out of nowhere is foolish. ----no you believe we came from nowhere we believe we were created Evolution makes the most sense.
---supplies opinion as if it's undeniable fact

 • The fact that I'm alive is unprovable too. Like, I feel alive. People see me as alive. But what if I'm just an AI in a simulation? Or what if I'm a disembodied consciousness that, for some reason, people can see? Or what if I'm not here and people acknowledging my existence is just a mass coincidence? It's most likely that I'm alive though, so I'm gonna go with that. Same with evolution. Religious theories are just as likely as the crackpot shit I mentioned above, and me being legitimately alive is just as likely as evolution

 •
---supplies opinion as if it's undeniable fact
Says you. Besides, it isn't an unproven theory, you just don't like the proof.

 •

---supplies opinion as if it's undeniable fact
Says you. Besides, it isn't an unproven theory, you just don't like the proof.
It's unprovable scientists admit that. The evolution proved isn't enough to go on because it doesn't prove significant enough of changes to prove the full theory.

 • No they don't because it has been proven that organisms evolve.

 • Depending on who you ask, either a microorganism carried here in space debris, or a chance lifeform that appeared on Terra.

 • I don't believe in some Jewish zombie carpenter, but I still think evolution sounds like shit.
