Unfortunately that is an issue that will have to be discussed with the Bungie Store customer service. Please continue to work with them.

  • The last repsonse sent from me was sent on 4/21/17 and have not recieved any reply. I need further help/research done.

  • I sent a second reply but these are the responses the Bungie store customer service is giving me: Due to the time elapsed since these digital items were on offer we are no longer able to support them. Unfortunately this means that we cannot provide replacement codes or further assistance in this matter. We apologize for the inconvenience. Regards, Mack Bungie Store Customer Support Hello Guardian, Your order was made almost two years ago. Our support for these orders has since ended and we will no longer be providing the in-game items associated with this purchase. Regards, Mack Bungie Store Customer Support These two response are indicating nothing is going to be done. Since the link was never used and was never given the code and there is no higher contact alternative on the Bungie Store site my options are limited. Came here seeing if anything can be done or is there another way i can get this looked into besides what they are telling me.
