Edit: I didn't state this originally but I've always thought this and the posts below back this up. There's always outliers however, US players wait 2 secs to get full green bar lobbies, UK players wait 5 mins to get 8 player lobbies from the middle East, half of who, are red bar. Euro lobbies seem somewhere in between. No joke, EVERY UK player complains of middle eastern lobbies made up of lower than max players, were wired, fibre optic, and simply shouldn't be in these games.
