The problem isn't the grenade itself. It's uptick in usage is caused from multiple factors.
[b]Map Size:[/b] Most Destiny maps favor cqc engagements. A lot of angles, tight corners, player awareness(situations) even gametypes all contribute to this. Take the Drifter or the Cauldron for example. In control it's 12 players running around a small map with objectives that create multiple engagements simultaneously.
[b]Primary Nerfs[/b]: Practically every primary archetype has been hit by a nerf in some form or fashion. Which again causes us to close the gap between engagements. Thus making it easy to stick someone with a nade. Could they tone down the tracking? Sure but 7-10 times if you've been stuck then you've been outplayed. Is it annoying if that's all a person uses? Sure but if that's the way said player chooses to play who are we to say they can't?
