I've had this problem before.
When you go into the settings, check the "Accounts and linking" section.
Make your XBL account not display on your public profile.
Change your profile image, then make the profile display your account stats, and save.
Please inform me if this doesn't work for some reason.
edit: never mind you already got it.

Found a solution for it. https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/225534252?sort=0&page=0 has a working solution in the forums after a bit of digging. Thanks for the help anyway though.
