I think the problem is the blueprint kiosk, once you have one exotic you can just make one for each guardian and if you infuse one to level up something you can just go and make another. They felt special on their first drop since you had to pass it around when you used a different guardian until another dropped or xur sold it

No, I think the kiosk is good, since if it gets sharded by accident or purpose, you don't have to grind for it again. Having to share exotics with your other classes was also VERY annoying and time consuming.
