Trials is a fun run for a bunch of m8s to do the bounties, and, see how far they can progress! 5 wins is great...7 wins is a hoot...and if they make it to 9 wins - the Lighthouse beckons! 🤡 However, here's the problem(s)... 1. ELO / KD farmers - spoilsports of the first order; these twats stomp Casual teams then burn the card asap to 'capture' the next round of blueberry cannon fodder. And they do this over and over and over... 2. Stompers - who feel it is their mission to deny anyone (Casuals, mostly) the chance to progress. They sport (flaunt) every bit of flawless gear/guns...and, here's the best bit: they actually think they're cool. 😂 3. The Real Elite - top-class players that deliver a brief, brutal, lesson in Trials gameplay. This is an education and much can be learned. They are NOT twats (like those mentioned above), though they are few and far between. Often, these players will spot the noobs, and help them on to the next round by noble deeds and self-sacrifice. 👍 Trials needs a tiered system; I've posted about this many times. In summary: [b]Tier 3:[/b]All players to accumulate 9x wins throughout the ToO contest, 1x win per a/c = Lighthouse trip for current rewards. Then, fir those that want more, proceed to... [b]Tier 2:[/b] 9x wins as per current Flawless requirements (9:0) available on 3x characters / a/c / ToO contest = extra rewards (shaders / emblems). Then, for anyone maxed out on T2 rewards/wins, proceed to... [b]Tier 1:[/b]here, the best teams duke it out for highest number of Flawless Wins (No Limit) = Top Team's name(s) indelibly inscribed on Crucible Wall of Fame (in Tower, tbd) + super-exclusive shader/emblem. And this will get more Casuals to play Trials; let the Stompers meet their own kind; and inspire the truly great teams to even greater competitive heights! Everyone wins! 🤖
