Didn't receive the emblem after finishing Kings Fall Hard Mode - Any Insight?
Can anyone offer to me any advice or insight into this? I have received the new emblems for every 390 raid and challenge since Age Of Triumph was released, but today when I finished the 390 Hard Mode Kings Fall Raid, I didn't receive "The Ascendant" emblem for completing the Kings Fall Raid on Hard Mode.
And, just so you know, it was official with everything done; was logged into my Age Of Triumph Record Book as finishing the Kings Fall 390 Raid; wasn't at the Postmaster or in my inventory; and I had plenty of space.
Can someone give me any insight as to what to do in order to report this, or obtain this?

Edited: Dumb me! Forgot that I had previously defeated Oryx challenge a long time ago, so I have deleted that part of my original text. But, I have left the rest because I didn't receive the emblem for finishing the hard mode raid.

They are the same emblems as the ones in Taken King, so if you already have those , then none will drop

If you're carried you don't get the emblem.

I hadn't defeated him on challenge mode as I'd stopped playing prior to April update (returned just after) and I didn't get the emblem from defeating him yesterday. It turns out that you have to go to the emblem kiosk for it despite there being space in inventory.

1 ReplyI ran for the first time ever this week and didn't get my emblem either...ended up in my emblem kiosk (not post master). I got the first two just not the Oryx one so it does happen.

Thanks to the new posts to try to help me understand this. I sincerely appreciate you taking your time to post. To marcran75 and MonthlyMidget: Thank you both for telling me about thinking that I needed to complete the hard mode on the original 310 hard version. What I don't understand though is since I had never completed the hard mode before this week, only the normal mode, you would have thought that if I am not supposed to receive the hard raid emblem for completing the 390 hard mode, only the 310 hard mode, that I wouldn't have received the 50G Achievement for completing hard mode either, but I did receive it. I guess that's why I am surprised that I didn't get the emblem too. Thanks! SGTParatrooper

I think you have to play through the original hard mode difficulty, not the 390 version to get that emblem.

You already have the emblems if you did it in year 2. They didn't add new ones. Only added new emblems to vog and crotas end

Thanks everybody for your comments. I thank you for taking time out of your day to try and help a fellow Guardian. In response, like the forgetful person I am, I had forgotten that I had completed the Oryx challenge a long time ago and the emblem for that was in the emblem kiosk. But, sadly, the emblem for completing the Kings Fall raid on hard mode was not available at the kiosk, nor was it in my inventory or at the Postmaster still. This was my first time completing the raid on hard mode, and like I said above, it registered as completed in my Age Of Triumph book, plus I received the 50G Achievement for completing it as well. But sadly, no emblem. I don't even have a clue about how to make Bungie aware of this, but hopefully someone will see this and help me. Thanks Again! SGTParatrooper

Im pretty sure if you beat the challenges in year 2, you dont get the emblems again

If you cleared them in y2, you don't get them again is all I can think of.

Only Crota raid and VOG have new emblems. So the emblems you received in year 2 are the emblems. Congrats
