Hey guys so, I made a previous post on kf weapons so I'm making another just for age of triumph.
So ever wonder why those weapons look like sharks? Why they look like almost living things? Well its the exact opposite dead people are turned into the kings fall weapons. So if you have noticed, the weapons are made of chitin, a material as revealed to be a material that is made of broken down dead organisms, the proof is in the darkblade strike. So, the flavor text for the weapons if you can tell, are moments of desperation and almost, death. So if you can see where I'm going the flavor text is the last moments of the people in the flavor texts before being killed! and what happened after their death, they were turned into the weapons we all know. So in conclusion, when you shoot defiance of Yasmin, you actually shoot the dead Body of paladin Yasmin eld! Have a nice day 😄

I always though they were forbidden weapons that aren't to be used by the hive as some of their weapons look like the kings fall weapons and after reading your post kinda think the same thing but maybe they were also trophies

1 ReplyOk, so assuming that what you're saying is correct, (which I think it is) the weapons represent or are quite literally the remains of specific figures and species that Oryx has slain and exterminated. Well that leads me to ask a question, which could in turn result in a theory of mine. First, my question is that, since we have the weapon, 'the doom of chelchis' and chelchis was the Kell of Stone for the Fallen House of Stone, does that imply that Oryx killed the Fallen? Assuming that your theory is correct, then Oryx exterminated at least one Fallen House, if not more. Well, taking this into account, my theory is that at one point while hunting the Traveler across the universs, Oryx came upon the Eliksni homeworld, and attacked them. This attack could possibly be what the Eliksni refer to as 'the whirlwind' which decimated their species.

13 RepliesIs that why they're so shit?

Fun fact, most insects have chitin in their exoskeletons.

4 RepliesEdited by Starkweather: 4/17/2017 5:03:30 PMGreat, now I have to grind King's Fall, get the Anguish of Drystan and beat it against a rock. If it screams 'Why Would You Do That?' I'll whisper "It's because you were shit in life, so now we lose out on a good auto rifle." *beats its some more against said rock*

1 ReplyI've killed many a poor soul with Yasmin's corpse then.

2 RepliesChitin is the stuff beetle's shells are made of. It's what a lot of bugs and invertebrates make their hard surfaces from. I don't think some of the people the gun are named after hatch chitin.

9 RepliesAre the Adept versions like, what they see after? It's a lazy assumption but isn't Doom of Chelchis Adept something like 'all I see is white and nobody answers me'?

KF weapons origin lore, the tl;dr edition
they were taken
That is all.
