You answered you're own question with the word "competitive" . Trials is meant for good players who put time into improving at the game. Not saying that you shouldn't go flawless, but don't get mad because you lost to a decent team. No shame in trying to get carried of you want it that bad.

Yeah I see where you come from, just getting a tad silly when versing teams that have gone flawless multiple times, gets very frustrating

There's tons of people out there who are willing to carry if you take the time to look for them.

Yeah, but I would much rather go flawless with mates then just get carried by people I don't know. Doing it with mates is a lot more fun and less stressful as well.
