1 ReplyI play by myself most of the time and when I want to raid I just go on lfg. About 80% of the time the group I play with is good and we will beat the raid. I have like 80 raid completions so I'm familiar with all the mechanics of the raids and bullshit of lfg so it's no big deal. If you take the time to raid you will be rewarded. If you don't have the patience for raiding or lfg you should probably just quit this game.

You get up to 400 light gear and weapons from faction, vanguard and crucible rank up packages.
-
Who needs friends? Solo players FTW
-
I've always been doing raids, playing with friends, and i use to spend a lot of time in Destiny, but it never got me max level. Meanwhile my buddy has done maybe one or two raids, and pretty much just played alone through everything else. Manages to obtain a higher light level than me for the longest time. Really, its just whoever Bungie decides they love more that day.

Just the same way as with: Grind.
-
Strikes help just have highest light on it's what I did (took 2-3 years ha) I'm 391 I think
-
I have friends on destiny, problem is...
They are all sweaty trials players ;~;
-
And how are you supposed to get friends without good gear.......... Destiny dilemma right there
-
I mostly play solo and I don't have a problem, just use and lfg service, easy
-
I don't know why it's not working for you but I got to my light level solo with strikes. But I also do a lot of strikes.
-
You can do like the rest of us and lfg. I play with three friends and the other members of our clan, which we met on lfg. We now have a revolving group that plays well together and enjoys each others company, despite not knowing each other prior to destiny. I've said it before and I'll say it again. If you can't be bothered with the task of getting a group together, you don't have what it takes to raid, period
-
Lfg. It's a pain and a gamble in terms of getting a competent team. Eventually though you'll get a good team and be able to finish a raid.
-
Play with me. I organize friendly guides and carries
-
Do the raids
-
Go on lfg and post!
-
Make some
-
It's very difficult alone. I'd suggest checking out some groups/clans and find one to your liking. =) If you're on Xbox, I'd be glad to help. Also, the group I'm in welcomes new members with open arms, so that's also an option.
-
What console I would be glad to help you out a bit
-
You're not.
-
If you're a hot gurl add me!

Edited by lClairvoyantl: 4/13/2017 12:49:38 PMIm a solo player for life and I have good gear. Only time im ever near a fire team is for a raid with some randos off lfg that i will more than likely never talk to again.

Lfg....

Grind strikes for keys, use three of coins and go to forge as it can drop to 400. I have got all of mine to 400 with raids it is easy when you have one there, and don't forget crucible because it can drop 400 as well. At the moment grind banner as will help alot
