If you own a VEX you know exactly what I am talking about. VEX fires like a focus fire auto rifle but has less rounds than your typical hand cannon. The Fusion Rifle nerfs of the past have made the spread on the projectiles on this weapon horrible so you will miss a lot of your shots even on a stationary target. This combined with only having 100 rounds means that in any PvE activity you will run out of ammo in the first encounter of the game and then spend the rest of the activity hunting for ammo. This is BROKEN!!! So Bungie please buff the carried reserve ammo capacity by at least 2x. Giving it more reserve ammo will not make it OP in PvP and will only promote its use in PvE. This is not an easy gun to get so I shouldn't be punished for wanting to use it. Edit: Tested and confirmed, Fusion Rifle ammo perks on armor do not effect carried ammo capacity. Edit 2: Made a quick little video last night showing how quickly you can run out of ammo with it and tested and proved that fusion rifle gear has no effect on carried ammo capacity.
