The scout rifle is void, which might be good for void burn strikes (I mean the only other competitors at the moment are the Athens epilogue and word of Crota, neither of which are that great).
I mean the smite is ok for solar burns. However there its in direct competition with the Vision of confluence... which is undisputidly one of the best PVE weapons of all time.
I mean the LMG is good, really good in fact. Everything else is not so great.

Wrath pulse is void, can't remember the name of it might be steel medula?

Ah that's a good weapon even without a burn. I guess that non of the primaries, either adept or legendary will be worth using.
