I digitally pre ordered Destiny 2 on my Xbox One, and it's showing as downloaded but I'm assuming since there is no code for the beta that it would at least charge my account, which it has not. Am I still going to be in the beta? Do I still have it downloaded? Has anyone else experienced this problem?

1 ReplyI pre ordered too. I have not yet been charged either but i do and already downloaded destiny 2 beta on my xbox 0ne . no code at all. i just typed it in search menu on the Xbox store . like Xbox said they will take their money closer to launch. I want to cancel so I can play on PC instead of xb1 but for some reason Xbox team is not user friendly for canceling pre orders. so I think I am stuck buying it for Xbox one.

3 RepliesHello doctorpanties, You will need to contact Xbox Support about the billing issue, it could be that they will bill you closer to release, they will be able to answer that question. http://support.xbox.com If you pre-ordered it from the PSN or Xbox system stores you will get Beta access when it's released. How I do receive Beta access?[/b] You will automatically receive beta access on the first-party store account that you pre-ordered with when the Beta launches.[/quote] https://www.destinythegame.com/beta

What the Mentor said, once you pre-ordered look at the E-mail you receive from Microsoft. It states there they will not charge you till atleast 10 days before the release so. Do no worry, I even pre-ordered from a normal store and also did not pay anything there :D

4 RepliesConsole pre-orders normally do not charge you until it gets closer to the actual release date.
