Is 390 max light for legendary engrams?
I am working to hit 400 and was wondering with the age of triumph, is 390 max light for all legendary engrams including the ones that you can buy from the cryptarch?

I just came back to the game with all 3 of my characters around 385. I had a lot of legendary engrams to bump them all to 390 and am now grinding the various ways to get 390+ light drops.
