Wow Nechrocasm is absoluty garbage.
What was the point of bringing it back?
Ok now everybody tell me what it beast it is & how it needs a nerf.

It's good for certain situations. For example, if an enemy is at close or medium range the thing melts them, but if your going for long ranges it feels like a paintball gun. Assuming you upgraded the gun fully, change the perks for maximum stability.
