When using destiny ghost hunter or destiny dead ghosts, when you refresh or reload any page, on screen the AoT icon "Allegience: Vanguard Esteem" will pop up on the right hand side of the screen, even though I haven't reached level 25 with Vanguard. It doesn't change it's status in the book to complete, so it's more of an annoyance than anything else.
