I'm at 25+ in Dead Orbit with my hunter, 25+ in New Monarchy with my titan and 25+ with FWC with my warlock, but I'm only getting credit for one node at a time in the AoT book, depending on what character I log in with.

I noticed that too. Shouldn't the book span all characters?

The books reads your accomplishments as each character logs in. If you select the node, it will remain "completed."

I've reached level 25 on all factions and gained all my cloaks for my hunter and yet I haven't received any notice that those are complete, still tells me that I need to get each faction to 25. This is BS! I've done many other things that should have been completely as well but again, all this has been bugged since the release!

Same here then if I have the bungie app open on my phone it will randomly change which ones are complete

I'm experiencing that. Even as I typed this, the hideos favour one keeps completing then not completing
