I completed the featured Crota raid and both challenges but I still don't have my shader for doing so. Is there something I missed or is it just not working?

same here, im assuming its not a guaranteed drop, prob just RNG.

Thats what I thought at first but nobody has it that I know of

I've got it but not everybody in my raiding party got it.

I guess it may just be that hard rare of a drop, still aggravating though.
