Can you provide details on when and where the game will be on sale? It appears that Gamestop is already taking pre-orders, Amazon has not yet started taking preorders, and there is nothing about the game at the Bungie store. Other big retailers such as WalMart, Target and Best Buy only seem to have the standard edition, with no collector's editions available, and are not yet taking pre-orders online. Some clarification would be appreciated.
