No Early Beta Access Code from Gamestop
So I pre-ordered the collector's edition of Destiny 2 a little over an hour ago, and I never saw a code for the early beta access. It's not in the e-mail I received or on the information for my order history. I've never pre-ordered before, so i'm not sure how this all works. If there is a code, where do I find it if I ordered through gamestop, online?

once you enter the code off the gamestop receipt go to bungie.net/redeem. After which you go to redeem code on your bungie page....

2 RepliesAs someone had put above, you need to call the Customer Support Line (1-800-883-8895) and verify your information from the date of purchase (MAKE SURE TO HAVE YOUR RECEIPT). After that it took 5 minutes and the guy gave me the 9 digit code. I tried it on the Beta Redemption Area and it worked fine. I'm not sure why Gamestop employees keep saying the code is on the receipt but at least now you'll be able to get it!

12 RepliesI pre ordered from game stop for the online download, it was a code on the receipt from gamestop that said i had to use it on bungies redeem codes section. I was suppose to receive an email from bungie for my code for the beta to my personal email but i still havent got the code yet

1 ReplyI preordered mine online in May from Gamestop and the site says that the code should be emailed to you in 2 business days. It's now July and the Beta starts soon. I did get a confirmation email that basically says that i preordered the game, but i haven't gotten an email that gives me codes to Destiny 2 or the Beta. I emailed them but they just told me to keep on waiting and that they are working hard to respond to my email(wtf?) Their automatic response email also said that I can cancel my order or change it to pick up at store. I'm starting to think that they will send me codes the day Destiny 2 comes out(which is in september) and that i won't be able to play the Beta, since it says they won't charge my credit card until the game is released. If anybody got their codes and ordered online, please contact me bc this shouldn't be taking this long.

I went and putbthe code on the website and it said I would get the beta code later, but I haven't gotten an email and that was like a month or two ago. It also didn't ask what system I wanted it for so I have no clue what's actually gonna happen

I JUST received my email from Gamestop. I emailed them yesterday about it, but I'm not sure if that had anything to do with it coming today. I'm curious if anyone else who ordered online got theirs yet.

2 RepliesI had this same issue. I called gamestop and they were no help at all. What I did was call the CSR line and they gave me the code. The number is 1-800-883-8895 Just verify your info and they should be able to give it to you hpe this helped

I preorder the collectors edition as well from GameStop but didn't receive the beta code nor the cayde-6 figurine the figure I'm not really concerned about but the code I am

I didn't order from Gamestop but I did order from Best Buy and on their site it says that it takes 7 business days to receive the early access beta code... so maybe just wait and see if you'll receive. Next best thing is to call the retailer directly.

13 Repliesyea check your receipt dude if you pre ordered from gamestop like at the store not online then it will be on your receipt, if online they should email it to you within 2 days from what i saw
