Choose the quest "Shrine of Oryx" [b]on easy difficulty[/b] and play through until you get to the ogre, nearly before the end...kill him for the HotP...if it doesn't drop, jump off the ledge and try again...rinse and repeat, until you finally get it... Note: It was someone else who had the idea of trying Shrine of Oryx, so credit goes to him...but after i tried myself doing it on hard without any success, 20+ tries, i read somewhere else that the chances seem to be better on playing it on easy....did and got it 2nd try...
