Keep getting removed from fireteam.
I cannot stay in a game for two minutes without getting the message attention you have left the fireteam even though I did not leave. The message had no error code just told me you have left the fireteam. I can only play missions alone which can be quite boring and at this rate will not be able to do the raids in age of triumph.

2 RepliesI would suggest starting with clearing your consoles cache (if you havent already) by unplugging your console for ~5 minutes. See if that helps.
