I keep getting the book notifications "Multiple Records" and "Jalaal's Favor" popping up randomly.

Hi, Are you logged into a gear manager 3rd party app? If you are, you may want to log out of it and log into all your characters.

Actually this happened to me quite a lot yesterday when I transfer gear using the Bungie official app (freshly updated) so the issue is not specific to 3 rd party apps but something in the gear transfer process
