Help
I have 50 meg service I'm hard wired nothing else on internet besides my phone why am I still lagging and I have open net cleared my cache

3 RepliesHi Mrbcincy. Have you by any chance taken a look at Bungie's extensive Network Troubleshooting Guide? Sometimes Destiny can require a few additional tweaks to get an optimal connection depending on your network. Please keep in mind that sometimes latency issues can be intermittent and only happen for a short while - for further troubleshooting with regards to latency and packet loss, you may wish to speak to your ISP. https://www.bungie.net/en/Support/Troubleshoot?oid=12915
