Upon changing characters, Jalaal's Favor (Dead Orbit) does not show up as completed. (Book completion % remains correct)
Also Hideo 's Favor and Shaxx's Esteem are completed but other characters (than the one I submitted it on) show them as not complete.
Another annoying thing is every few minutes or so the book thing pops up with the sound effect saying "Multiple Records" but there is nothing complete. This happens even if I am sitting idle in orbit.

i have the same issue. i had 25+ on warlock then 25+ on fwc and do on titan. i signed out of bungie app and ishtar app, then went into each character. only nm node shows done for warlock, fwc&do nodes for titan. it looks like the nodes arent saved but it does show on the beloved of all node that i have 6 out of 7 nodes done so im ok for now

Are you using an item manager of some sort or some other application that uses the Bungie API? I had this problem too last night, but noticed that it when away when my iPad went to sleep. Whenever it was on on an app that used the Bungie API, that notification popped up from time to time, but rather frequently.
