The following pages are almost empty and I know that most have already been completed over the past two years. Could you please confirm if these pages are retroactive or need to be freshly completed? I'm very confused. If these are reteoactive, then they should almost me at 100%. Thanks

What? That's not what the Bungie podcasts said. The only thing showing completed is that each character is rank 40, in fact it's even showing not completely developed, which they are.
