I didn't see anything in the patch notes addressing the exotic class item respawn animation not working. Of course when I finally get mine the damned things don't work. Probably never will.

It's under the vital information spoiler in the original post, just as an FYI. It doesn't work with certain atrifacts (my assumption is the RoI ones.)
