Don't have it, I'm like 392. So no one wants to do hard road with me. Normal is useless for me. The struggle.

You can get the quest by doing the monitors on any level of the raid, normal or hard. So normal mode may not be as useless as you may think

Good point. Drops at 390? Useless for the light level
