A PTR!!!!!
That would almost completely solve the crazy needs and such that the communities goes into outrage over. It would allow Bungie to receive the communities feedback so they don't piss off everyone else. This might only be a PVP PTR but hey - you gotta start somewhere.

they can't make a ptr just like how blizzard can't make a ptr for consoles. on console, the developers have to give sony/microsoft the heads up that they are going to drop the update so then they have to wait. they could do it for their pc destiny 2

Yeah since Destiny 2 is almost definitely gonna be on PC (as they do for Overwatch) they could host a PTR on PC.
