So will we get 2-3 raid ornaments per challenge runs or how does that work?
Since VOG and Crota both have 2 challenges will we earn 2 ornaments per completion and 3 for King's Fall and 2 for Wrath? Or will they only drop at raid boss kills?

I would think so if we're technically speaking. What'd I hate for them to do, and they'll most likely do it, is to make the chest armor and helmet require two ornaments and the rest just one. So that's 7 ornaments per set, 4 raid sets per character for 3 characters. That's a grand total of 84 ornaments!

It should be pretty fair and easy to get all ornaments on your favorite gear since you will have 27 ornaments in 1 month. That is assuming that you do all challenges every week with all 3 characters, if it works like on WOTM you will need 21 ornaments for a full set but we still don't know the exact number yet.

You will only get ornaments upon completion of challenge mode in the respective raids. So you are right in your assumption, we will only be able to receive two for VoG, wrath and crota and three for kingsfall. Only one of those raids have challenge on per week so that's a max of six a week, assuming you play all three characters. Nine max possible on kingsfall week.
