Switching from Disc to Digital

My ps4 was stolen, and I have a ps4 with a broken disc drive. Is there a way to switch from the disc version to the digital version? Please help!

The physical and digital versions of the game are separate purchases. Currently the digital game is available in Destiny the Collection.
