To whom it may concern, recently I started inviting new clan members to my clan. I have approved approximately ten new members. When it comes to one of my friends for some reason I am unable to approve his join request. He requests to join the group and that I can approve. However when he tries to join the clan itself (so that it displays the name under gamer tag) once I get the request it prompts me with "you cannot join this clan because you have not played destiny using a linked PlayStation account." We have tried several times re-authenticating our accounts but have got nowhere. So please I ask anybody reading this if they have a solution or backdoor to this issue. Again this problem has not occured with any other members in the past, just this friend.
