No it was nerfed for a reason.
If they buff the vex, they better buff the last word so I can two tap people across map again.

Well Hand Cannons are already getting the boot (nerf). Vex in itself should be a medium to long range weapon anyway. But not able to two tap someone. Besides, if they actually test it in the sandbox to see how many shots it'll take to kill someone they could properly fix it. But they would need to test it against already OP/top-tier weapons and knowing them, they won't get to it. Time-to-kill is the main focus of every PvP shooting game though and from what the Mythoclast is like now, it doesn't stand a chance against any weapon type. It needs a buff. If they end up revamping its damage calculations from its Year One counterpart then it might perform how the players want it to, without being overpowered.

I've seen people use the vex and do just fine with it. As long as it's in that close to mid range. I think it currently takes 5 shots to kill someone, not sure about max armor. And with how fast you can fire that gun, that's a pretty decent TTK.
