Fix shoulder charge
Bungie can you please put shoulder charge back to its normal state, I mean you nerfed it before RoI came out because of the artifact. It's sad I can shoot someone that's right in front of me and he's in the animation and I should be dead. But instead I kill him, it should be the other way around . It is very inconsistent to the point of not using it but I cant bring myself to use anything else. I know I can't be the only person that finds this frustrating.

Now don't get me wrong, I loved running around all willy nilly running over people with my MK.44 Standasides but that was before the nimble yet crafty DuneMarchers. Dodged two golden guns with some extra stank on it in the end. Pretty sure that guardian was real salty.
