Anyone else waiting for an announcement this game should be great and it apparently was worth the delay

Just give us a game or two completely focused on the modern era, and then go back and focus completely on historical era games without the need to show this secondary story in the mix. Mixing them together feels weird.

Well, it does sound like an interesting idea. However, unless they show off gameplay and it completely blows my mind, I think I'll wait until they release a game based in Japan before I pick up another Assassin's Creed.

A few things to note: If the setting is the ancient one rumoured, I am greatly enthused, as I love that period. If the dev team is the same as rumoured, I am even more enthused, as it's apparently the team behind the best current-gen AC (Black Flag). If the size of the world is the same as rumoured, I am... indifferent. Several times larger than the combined landmass of Black Flag, apparently, but size isn't as important as other things.

2 RepliesHonestly if they bring back the PvP they've got me sold on it. The general gameplay and formula of AC games has gotten stale over the years, but I absolutely love the PvP. Probably the only tactical/steathy PvP I have ever enjoyed.

Looking forward to it I've always wanted a free roam Egypt game. Parkour will make it even better.
