Fix shoulder charge
Bungie can you please put shoulder charge back to its normal state, I mean you nerfed it before RoI came out because of the artifact. It's sad I can shoot someone that's right in front of me and he's in the animation and I should be dead. But instead I kill him, it should be the other way around . It is very inconsistent to the point of not using it but I cant bring myself to use anything else. I know I can't be the only person that finds this frustrating.

Its still pretty good...try using the exotic leg armor or the 'an insurmountable skullfort' helm it grants transfusion, extra melee charge and respawn with melee energy....also 2 tips for shoulder charging 1. Try jumping in the air b4 impact, I feel like it tracks better and goes further. 2. Practice sliding then shoulder charging to increase the speed at which you close the distant.
