Hey iiRemedy,
You have to enable your current clan as your PSN/Xbox One clan or it won't show up ingame.
Go to your Bungie.net profile // Settings // Membership. It should say "Clan Enabled" under your Clan name.

It shows my clan name and under that is says "Clan Enabled" what do i do next?

That should do it, restart Destiny and it should display your Clan tag!
