The idea of exotic adept guns is stupid
Please do not do this the idea of it is dumb just pls bring elemental primaries back pls do not make these changes

61 RepliesDisagree. IN the current sandbox, an elemental primary will do TWICE the damage of a kinetic weapon with the burn modifier. This way, you force the player to have a make a choice. Do you want that Gjallarhorn or Ice Breaker.....or do you really want that elemental primary? You get ONE. Anything else, and you'd just recreate the game tuning problems that PVE had in late year one, all over again.

Completely agree. It completely destroys the purpose of the elemental primaries. The point of them was to help make the next go easier. It was what made it easier and fun to help new people through the vault or crota. You had something to help ease the struggle of taking a newbie through a raid or nightfall. There is literally no good reason why they did this. Elemental damage doesn't effect pvp so why? I don't get it. Particularly when adept weapons from Trials were all legendary.

6 RepliesIt's too late, but I resonate with this. There will be absolutely nothing special about them other than the fact they have elemental damage, they won't even be worth using over Zhalo because Zhalo reloads itself.

This does not balance anything, it does not fix a non-existing problem. We have 6 monthes before destiny 2 "supposedly" but bungie still thinks "let's tell the player base how to play the game the way we want them to play." Just give us the weapons we wanted.
